my sub-users uninstall or delete their instance?
A: No, only users with admin privileges can delete a game instance.

my sub-users create new instances for themselves without admin privileges?
A: No, only users with admin privileges can create a game instance.

"admin" account?
A: No, the main "admin" account is a superuser account in that
it can not be modified by any other account on the system.
Q: I've
installed my engine, now how do I start a game server?
A: You would first create an "instance" under the desired user
on the "Instances" page. After defining the instance's settings
you'll need to click the button labeled "install" on the Instances
page. Once it's installed just click the button labeled "Start" and your game server should be up and running on the IP and port
you specified.
